We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in in AI algorithms for image processing, and hardware-software integration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize AI-powered image processing for handheld ultrasound systems. • Work on real-time scan analysis and anomaly detection. • Integrate thermal imaging capabilities into the ultrasound system. • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless connectivity to mobile devices (iPad). • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, CE, etc.). • Assist in product testing, validation, and clinical trials. • Provide technical expertise for investor pitches and grant applications. Requirements: • Experience in developing handheld ultrasound devices (hardware & software integration). • Strong background in AI/ML for medical imaging (deep learning, image segmentation). • Expertise in ultrasound signal processing and real-time image enhancement. • Knowledge of FDA/CE regulatory standards for medical devices. • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks. • Experience with wireless data transmission and remote physician access systems is a plus. • NOTE: This project requires advanced proficiency in Python, particularly in image processing, custom model development, data training, and hardware integration with complex algorithms. As I do not possess advanced Python skills in these areas, I will not be able to contribute to that aspect of the project. App Version / Solution a. iOS native app (with potential for Android development in the future) b. iPad-specific design in optimization c. Backend would be build using PHP / Mysql d. App in portrait mode only and Landscape mode if possible. e. No dark mode considered Compensation varies, with potential for equity in the company.
