We've made the decision to migrate all CRM to Dynamics 365 for Service, New Installations, Quotes, and eventually Accounting. As a small startup, we've made great strides in the development, however we're needing an expert who can assist us on the back-end development helping ensure we have all the correct components, tables, and setups implemented correctly. We also need some training on the use of the system and support regarding small issues/troubleshooting while our team learns how to perform their tasks, notifying other team members of alerts for their next steps in the flow, etc. Most of our work is construction related, scoping solutions, quoting materials and labor, then performing the installations, invoicing along the way. We also sell manufacture hardware directly as products, accompanying the Services to install them.
