We're looking for a VA who can manage our solicitation and project management process. We provide these services in the home improvement field, serving individuals with disabilities throughout the US. Our process includes the following: 1. Scrape contact info from local contractors 2. Conduct an email marketing campaign 3. Work with interested contractors through our vetting process 4. Email the plans to the contractors, follow up to answer questions. 5. Coordinate onsite visits with contractor and homeowner 6. Follow up with contractors after the visit until estimate is received. 7. After contractor is selected, assist with preconstruction process. 8. After construction starts, assist with weekly project management reports. We currently have 1 or 2 projects running at one time. We use Microsoft teams and Freshsales for solicitation and management. We will provide you Office365 and Freshsales accounts. We recently experienced an increase in our work load and need assistance. This position could result in a permanent position. We are experimenting with AI to automate this process. Any AI experience would be helpful in development and managing the system as its developed.
