Startup Legal Consultant Required on Retainer Model
Need a Legal Counsel for our startup which is into IT Services & Consulting. This will be a part time role with work allocated only when needed. Expectation from the individual is as under: 1. Act as a legal rep for our startup. 2. Create templates like MSA, SOW, NDA, Partnership contracts, Employee Offers etc. which will be a one-time effort at the beginning. 3. Review and negotiate clauses in MSA, SOW, NDA with vendors/clients with an objective of safeguarding our startup interests and warding off risks 4. Get on conference calls with vendors/clients to discuss the clauses in contracts if needed. Calls mostly will be in IST timezone with couple of exceptions in US/UKL timezone 5. Estimated effort required is around 20-30 Hrs per month on an average once legal templates are ready. 6....
