Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual for our affiliate operations and outreach. This is a part-time, ongoing role where you will be responsible for managing operational and outreach tasks within our affiliate marketing department. If you’re detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and have experience with affiliate marketing, this is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team. Must be fluent in English. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely manner. - Manage incoming promotions and update affiliate links as needed. - Coordinate and book placements across affiliate marketing channels. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with affiliates and internal teams. - Data entry and management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Collaborate with affiliates to drive program growth and engagement. - Use platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, and CJ for campaign management. - Work within Discord for internal communications and coordination. - Negotiate commission increases and other partnership terms to optimize affiliate performance. Skills & Experience Required: - Strong proficiency with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.). - Excellent data entry and management skills. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. - Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks like Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, and CJ. - Experience with Discord for communication and project management. - Strongly preferred: Previous experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
