Hand Drawn Comic Style Artwork For Company Branding Exercise
Mr Scientific is a company that sells high quality used lab equipment. We focus on delivering excellent customer service, industry leading warranty and return policies, and high quality inventory for below market pricing! Mr. Scientific is looking to create a hand drawn logo along with some cartoon characters to go with the logo. When we find the right designer, we plan to make the designs gigs ongoing for marketing initiatives and UI design. Concept: When I was a kid growing up in Massachusetts, there was a chain of stores called Building 19 that sold overstock and clear-out, discounted consumer products. The imagery created a feeling of fun, inexpensive, funny, but also trustworty. We are looking to create ongoing artwork that is relatively similar to the Building 19 artwork. The theme for Mr. Scientific is that the logo would be hand drawn as if drawn with a Sharpie. The characters, a quirky scientist (Mr. Scientific) and his partner Robert.
