Seeking a Florida Lawyer to Review a Prenuptial Agreement
My fiancée and I have created a prenuptial agreement that requires the expertise of experienced attorneys for review. We are looking for two separate lawyers—one for each of us—to ensure that our interests are each represented fairly, and that the document adheres to all legal requirements. (To be clear, if you take this job, we would only expect you to be one of the two lawyers that we will hire.) We don't want this to be adversarial at all, but the review should ensure that the agreement aligns with Florida law and protects the interests of whichever party you represent.
