Find Me 3 Qualified Contingency-Based Defamation Attorneys (Massachusetts – Serious Case) Description: I am seeking an experienced legal researcher, litigation assistant, or paralegal to identify and contact defamation/media law attorneys in Massachusetts who are willing to evaluate a substantial defamation case on a contingency basis. The goal is to secure at least 3 qualified attorneys who are open to discussing the case with me — ideally those with experience in: • Online defamation • Media or newspaper libel • High-profile or reputational damage • Contingency You must: • Be able to research Massachusetts-based lawyers or firms • Prioritize those with experience in defamation, media, First Amendment, or reputational law • Reach out directly by phone or email to present a short summary of the case (I’ll provide) • Secure at least three attorneys who are willing to consider or discuss the case on contingency • Provide a report with: • Names, contact info, law firm • Notes on their response and willingness • Confirmation of scheduled or potential call with me Payment Terms: • You will only be paid if you successfully find 3 attorneys who meet the criteria and are willing to discuss the case • Fixed-price payout: 300 • Bonus available if you find more than 3 high-quality leads Ideal Candidate: • Former paralegal, legal assistant, or legal researcher • Understands law firm structures and how to navigate gatekeepers • Professional communicator who can pitch a case respectfully and clearly • Comfortable cold-emailing or calling law firms This job is ideal for someone who knows how to find the needle in the haystack.
