Employment Lawyer to Help Employee with Appeal for ADA Accommodations

I work at a Massachusetts College as an administrator. I have been on FMLA, then an ADA leave, since September. I am trying to negotiate for a gradual return and more work from home time, as 95% of my job is computer-based and can be done at home. HR denied my requested accommodations, citing tasks that I'm supposedly needed for in-person. These tasks are rare or not done at all. Their denial and schedule they wish to enforce includes less work from home time than my manager allowed before I became disabled. I have written a draft of an appeal, but need assistance with editing it to present a proper and informed strategy. The draft is currently about 6 pages and goes into detail about why I can perform my job from home and what strategies the employer can use to allow that. HR keeps imposing very short deadlines for my replies, but takes weeks to provide me with answers, so I may also need assistance with drafting some emails and requesting more time, as computer work is painful for me. They have requested a reply from me by 4/14/25 at 9 am, but I plan to request an extension. One other note: I began having difficulties with my boss a little over a year ago when she began asking me to do things outside of my job description. When I pushed back, she made my schedule less flexible and began micromanaging me. ***I need someone who is well versed in US/Massachusetts employment law and ADA laws. While I know it is impossible to know exactly how long it would take to edit my draft and advise me of any strategy, an estimate of how many hours of your time may be needed to effectively help me would be useful for me to know. If free consultations are offered, please let me know. Thank you!
