Convert Commercial Units to Residential Plans
We are seeking a skilled architect or designer to convert 4 commercial units into permit-ready residential units. The building was previously residential. There are existing plans already. We would need to remove a non-load bearing wall, add in a kitchen, and potentially half bath and washer dryer. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential design and knowledge of local zoning laws and building codes in San Francisco, California. Your role will involve creating detailed architectural plans that comply with all necessary regulations and prepare for submission.
