Help with Reinstating Two Abandoned Trademarks – Coaching & Filing Guidance
I’m looking for a U.S.-based trademark attorney or expert to assist me in reinstating two trademark applications that I accidentally allowed to lapse. These marks are important to my brand, and I’d like to explore how to refile. Also I got notice someone is trying to file for one of them now so we will need to squash that one as well.
