Licensed CPA Needed to Certify GAAP Financial Statements for our Business Licensing

We are a small healthcare-related business in Florida currently applying for state licensure. As part of the application process, we are required to submit CPA-certified financial statements that comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). We are seeking a licensed U.S. CPA to review our internal records and prepare: A signed Balance Sheet A signed Income Statement A brief verification letter on your letterhead, confirming that the statements were prepared in accordance with GAAP and accurately reflect the financial position of the business. ✅ Scope of Work: Review our organized Excel-based financial records Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements Certify the documents with your signature and CPA license number Provide a signed letter suitable for submission to a state agency ✅ Requirements: Active CPA license (any U.S. state; must be verifiable) Experience certifying financials for licensing or compliance purposes (preferably healthcare-related) Able to complete the work within 5–7 business days
