A professional, licensed civil engineer to design or review small to medium size commercial sites , making some changes to the existing property, changing function, creating plans to submit to municipalities for approvals Site size up to 3 acres Site is improved requires some changes or adjustments. Mostly the open space outside building. Parking , drives , walks, curbs , adding gas pumps , EV chargers and or landscaping . May involve some grading or drainage planning. Multiple locations to work on price changes according to amount of work.
