Emergency Temporary Custody
I need emergency temporary custody forms drafted and ready for me to take to court. My ex fiancee is supposed to be on meds and therapy for bipolar disorder. She stopped taking her meds and stopped going to therapy. She randomly took my 3 year old and fled to TN to be with someone who she cheated on me with. After getting there, she started having a breakdown. I have pictures of her cutting herself next to my child. I called the local PD and when they went there, she told them it was a nosebleed. She is going from couch to couch, having mental breakdowns and neglecting my daughter’s safety. I cannot sit back and allow this to go on anymore. She has no job, she’s now defrauding CO food stamps and hasn’t been taking my daughter’s safety into consideration and she hasn’t been taking her to any doctor check ups. Please I need your help.
