Social Media Strategist (Fitness Content Focus)
As the Social Media Strategist for Shape Shifters, you are responsible for creating content that ranks, resonates, and converts. You must be deeply familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms, stay on top of trending audio, viral formats, and niche hashtags, and know how to edit content that keeps users engaged. -Skilled video editor (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or similar) -Deep understanding of algorithm behavior (e.g., IG Reels, TikTok FYP) -Knowledge of fitness-related trends, hooks, and challenges -Experience growing social media accounts organically -Able to craft engaging captions, CTAs, and thumbnail text -Can proactively recommend new formats (e.g., green screen reels, duets, carousels)
