Seeking legal advisor/paralegal to guide me (pro se) throughout the civil litigation process for a residential partition action lawsuit in the county of Los Angeles (Pomona Superior Court). You are: - experienced and familiar with every litigation procedures such as the court forms needed, documentations, filing/serving requirements - experienced in civil litigation lawsuit - experienced in residential real estate litigation or partition action lawsuit a plus - experienced to assist pro se litigants a plus - experience in the state of California and Los Angeles county prefer You will: - advise on process/procedures to prepare for the next and on going court procedure - advise and review completed court forms by me (pro se)
