CMMC Contract for MSP
Hello we are an IT company (MSP) that needs a contract to use with our CMMC customers. CMMC is a new compliance certification model that follows NIST 800:171 This contract should demonstrate the entirety of the services provided between us and the client, as well as specifics that are needed for CMMC. This would be two documents, one being a service agreement and the other being an actual terms and conditions contract. The service agreement would also need to specify a responsibility matrix. We would be responsible for creating that matrix, but there should be a section set apart for it. We also need a partnership agreement for us to use with another company providing other CMMC services on our behalf to customers. You should be Able to write a cohesive contract based on compliance requirements and should be familiar with technology and contract writing in the technology space, especially around compliance frameworks. This would additionally extend into other compliance contracts such as HIPAA and PCI and we would probably need additional contracts in the future for various other things.
