I am currently responsible for the training and development of my staff, covering areas such as basic customer service, internal systems and procedures, and sales strategies. At the moment, our sales training program includes tutorials, written materials, practical exercises, sales lectures, a virtual training system, and one-on-one hands-on coaching. I am now seeking to enhance our training process by incorporating an AI-powered platform that allows agents to engage in realistic role-playing scenarios through both text and voice interaction. My goal is to upload all of our current training content into this platform, enabling agents to interact and practice in a simulated environment.
