Title: Licensed Structural Engineer (WA) – Beam Load & Window Penetration Calculations for Bellevue Compliance Description: We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer with a current Washington State engineering stamp to assist with a residential/commercial project requiring structural modifications. You must be authorized to stamp engineering documents in Washington State and have demonstrable experience working with City of Bellevue building codes and standards. Scope of Work: Perform full beam load calculations with supporting documentation, including math, assumptions, safety factors, and structural drawings. Conduct engineering analysis for three window penetrations on existing exterior walls. All calculations and designs must meet or exceed City of Bellevue code requirements – over-engineering to ensure approval is preferred. Provide engineered stamped drawings and documentation for permitting. Communicate effectively to clarify project details and address any city plan check comments.
