QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper for Small Marketing Agency
We’re a small, boutique marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeping/accounting specialist to help us keep our financials clean and organized. What we need help with: - Quarterly reconciliation of our QuickBooks Online with credit card and bank statements - General cleanup of transactions, chart of accounts, and categorization - Occasional help troubleshooting discrepancies or making corrections About us: We’re a two-person team working with a handful of clients in the healthcare space. Our financials are relatively straightforward, and we’ve been running QBO consistently. Our current bookkeeper has moved on to a different role, so we are looking for a reliable replacement. What we’re looking for: - Strong experience with QuickBooks Online - Comfort with reconciling bank and credit card statements - Bonus if you’ve worked with small agencies or service-based businesses before - Someone who is ok with brief but ongoing work. We're anticipating needing someone for 2-4 hours each quarter - Clear communicator and proactive when something looks off Please include a short note about your experience and availability.
