Need Sub Contractor for Cost Estimating-Software integration -Residential Construction
We are a semi custom builder, using BuilderTrend for our back end operations for accounting and project management. We are looking for someone with experience in working with this online platform to estimate and build the options for all of our floor plans and specifications. Candidate must have experience and knowledge with Florida residential construction, including septic and well for utilities, cost estimating, scheduling jobs, etc. Ideally, this candidate will have experience in BuilderTrend or similar product with residential construction. This job will pay hourly until the system is completely built out, but this may create a permanent position with our organization.
