We’re looking for someone to help us manage candidates and stay on top of all the great people applying through Indeed. Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and organized Hiring Assistant to help us review applications, contact qualified candidates, and schedule interviews. This role is focused on helping us move quickly and professionally through the hiring process for general labor and home service roles. Responsibilities: Monitor and review incoming applications daily Reach out to promising candidates via phone, email, or Indeed messages Conduct brief initial contact to gauge interest and availability Coordinate and schedule interviews Keep organized records of candidate communications Follow up with reschedules Requirements: Must be very comfortable using Indeed's hiring platform Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and follow through Comfortable with basic scheduling tools like Google Calendar Experience with recruiting or candidate outreach is a plus
