HTML/JS Image Map of Canada - US Map Already Exists

We originally have a codebase that is basically an image map with interactive points on top. The points bring up a popup that contains text (describing certain areas of the US). We now need to replicate the same thing for Canada. We can provide original code, you would simply need to tweak. This should be a simple project for a knowledgeable resource, see screenshots below.
