I'm new to the wholesale real estate business. I have a way to contacting potential motivated sellers for cash offers. However, I recently found out about creative seller financing and how I leverage that to also wholesale and not miss out on qualifying leads. I'm not confident on how to structure these deals and when it makes sense to do so. I'm seeking an experienced coach to provide personalized 1-on-1 guidance in developing wholesale creative seller finance offers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wholesale real estate and creative financing strategies.
