Contract For Building a Deck
Please send me a quote. I'm going to be building my first ever deck for a client. A few things. I'll fill in the specifications of the deck and materials but I'm looking for something that will be air tight. I don't want to be responsible for any injuries during demolition, construction, from my tools etc. Payment terms are 50% upfront 50% upon completion.
