Need someone to draft motion to have contract rescinded for material breach in Colorado
I need someone to draft a motion for Material Breach of Memorandum of understanding. Asking the Colorado court to rescind the contract/MOU. Hpefully within 24 hours. The reason for the material breach is the opposition disreagrding a written deadline in the contract to execute a final settlement with the court within the 10 days. We sent them final settleement draft in 9 day and they did nto even bother to resrelevant pond until 18 days pastthe deadline. Any draft MUST include some kind of reference to colorado common law or Colorado Statute. I've found plenty of information on Colorado being able to rescind a contract due to material breach, but I cannot find any statutes etc to quote which I know the judge will likely insist on.
