ArchiCAD Designer
A construction company based in Orlando is looking for a designer to help us streamline the process of submitting plans for permits. The work will be conducted from home and will focus on creating pre-designed plans in ArchiCAD, allowing our architects and engineers to concentrate on performing calculations, complying with FBC standards, and reviewing the plans. Our projects are all over Florida, but mostly are concentrated within 100 miles of Orlando/FL. Requirements: - Proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD. - Basic knowledge of Florida Building Code standards. - Availability to travel to project locations to create a sketch with measurements is required. - Availability for 1 weekly in-person meeting is required. Languages - English - Portuguese is appreciated, but not required No license or degree is required.
