Job Proposal: Market Research Call Specialist Position Overview: We’re hiring a professional to conduct targeted cold calls to multifamily property managers across the United States, aiming to collect structured responses using a predefined script. Project Objectives: • Complete at least 50 successful, fully recorded calls. • Accurately document responses to support market research analysis. Scope of Work: • Make outbound calls using the provided list of contacts. • Strictly follow the provided script to maintain data consistency. • Clearly document the outcomes of all successful calls directly into the provided shared spreadsheet. • Record and submit audio files of each completed and answered call for verification. Billing Terms and Expectations: • Payment is at a per hour. • Billable Activities: Only completed, answered, and recorded calls (expected average call duration: ~7 minutes each). • Non-billable Activities: Dialing, unanswered calls, voicemail attempts, lead verification, documentation, or any other administrative tasks are not billable. • Time tracking must be transparent, accurate, and reflect actual call durations. Deliverables: • At least 50 fully recorded successful calls. • Real-time data entry into the shared tracking spreadsheet. • Audio recordings clearly labeled and provided promptly after each call. Communication and Reporting: • Daily progress updates directly in the shared spreadsheet.
