Position: Virtual Assistant Location: Remote (USA) Hours: 2 hours per day (9 AM - 11 AM MST), Monday to Friday (initially, with potential increase) Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Native USA) to assist with the interviewing process. Your role will be to participate in 2-3 video interviews per day, asking one or two pre-provided questions to candidates. No scheduling required – our in-house team will arrange the interviews. You will join a video call with our underwriters and candidates via Zoom or Webex. Your role is simple – facilitate the interviewing process by asking key pre provided questions and supporting the team. Requirements: ✔ Must be a Native USA candidate ✔ Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 11 AM MST ✔ Laptop or mobile phone with a camera ✔ Headphones and a stable high-speed internet connection ✔ Quiet environment (no background noise) ✔ Recruiting/interviewing experience is a plus but not required How to Apply: Answer the screening questions provided – this is mandatory.
