Social Media Project Manager

Job Summary: We’re seeking an organized Social Media Project Manager to oversee account managers, ensure tasks and projects are completed on time, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. While this role primarily involves supervising and managing, occasional hands-on support with content creation, posting, and monitoring will be required. Responsibilities: - Supervise account managers and ensure timely delivery of client tasks and projects. - Oversee all client accounts, tracking progress and mitigating risks to deadlines. - Step in as needed to create, post, and monitor content to maintain account activity. - Collaborate with our Account Managers to develop and execute client strategies. - Review and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and expectations. - Analyze performance data and oversee preparation of client reports.
