Real Estate Purchase and Intake Manager
We are seeking an experienced Intake Manager to oversee the purchasing process of vacant land. This role is responsible for the process from initial offer to the purchase of the property. This role involves coordinating with sellers, reviewing property information, and managing the intake of new land opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. Some priority qualifications include: - Is a people person, answers questions and concerns to build confidence in the company and in their own competency - Learns and masters tools such as LG Pass and First American Datatree - Develop relationships with sellers, communicating by email and phone - Oversees, facilitates, coordinates work load with data list specialist and title abstractors - Builds relationships with county officials and business vendors - Learns to make wise purchase decisions for the company If you have a passion for land and meet the priority qualifications listed, we would love to hear from you!
