The previous owner of the building had a BAS system but they did not transfer the software license to us because they use it for multiple buildings. A possible solution may be to find the software used by the previous owner and install it. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems and familiarity with building automation technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the system is installed correctly and functions efficiently.
