Manage Paid Ads campaigns (Google Search) for B2B SaaS audiences

We are a web agency looking to hire a strategic and creative individual to help drive leads across our Google search channels. Our audiences are Direction/VP-level in the B2B SaaS space, so experience with more senior audiences and in the tech industry is ideal. We have a full team of in-house design and content team members to help generate resources to help with campaign strategies. We need someone who can help with: - Creating/organizing the ads in AdWords - Identifying and expanding our audiences - Writing copy for ads - Reporting on ad performance We will be able to own: - Content for enticing lead capture (ebooks, blogs, landing pages, etc.) - Ad design/creative production (your direction/input would be appreciated) - Audience/person attributes - Matched Audience criterion (based on existing CRM data) We would be looking for a collaborative partner. Ideally, someone who is comfortable working as an extension of our internal marketing team and helping own our paid channels on LinkedIn and Google.
