Video Editor for UGC Ad

Looking to test out a few video editors for my UGC agency. To kick things off, I want the hook transitions to flow better. We will probably spend $10-$20K to run this ad, so I'd like to clean it up as MUCH as possible within 48 hours. I have all of the content organized in a google drive with everything labeled.
