We're an existing company that is launching a new product soon, to compete with some existing market leaders. We need, among other things, updated contracts, guidance on marketing language (ie, can we mention the market leaders and if so to what context, etc.). We also need some updated NDAs, and as a side mention we might be selling some property Texas (unrelated to business needs).
