We are seeking an experienced Recruiter and HR Coordinator to join our team in support of a six-year contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Initially, we anticipate a 70/30 split in efforts weighted to recruitment this summer. As we fill open positions, the focus will swing 70/30 to HR Coordination for the remainder of the contract.
