We are a marketing agency seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter who can take our cold B2B leads and turn them into booked Zoom meetings for our sales team. If you thrive in a performance-based environment and have a proven record of converting challenging, unengaged leads into appointments, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: • Cold call provided B2B leads—even though they’re not pre-warmed—and engage prospects using our proven scripts. • Overcome objections and build enough rapport to convince leads to book a Zoom appointment. • Schedule appointments for our in-house sales team, who will then work on closing the deal via Zoom. • Log call details and appointment outcomes in our CRM to help improve our strategies. • Collaborate with our team on feedback and adjustments to increase appointment conversions. Who You Are: • Experienced in B2B cold calling, teleprospecting, and appointment setting. • Skilled at handling objections and turning a “no” into a potential opportunity. • A confident communicator and persuasive listener who can maintain a positive attitude despite frequent rejections. • Comfortable working purely on a commission-based structure where your success directly impacts your earnings. • A proactive individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation: • We offer a lucrative commission structure—earn a 50% commission on each client that closes following your booked appointment (closed on Zoom). • Comprehensive training and proven scripts will be provided to ensure you have the support you need.
