Family Law Proffesional Needed for Strategy Review and Motion Guidance (Pro Se Case)
I’m seeking a paralegal or licensed attorney with experience in Florida family law to assist in reviewing a pro se motion I’ve drafted related to a proposed educational change for my child. This is a consulting role only — no formal representation required. I’m also open to flat fee or hourly billing based on the scope of review. I’m representing myself and have already done extensive preparation, including: -Review motion and exhibits for clarity, tone, and legal structure -Provide feedback on legal argumentation and statutory alignment -Ensuring that all legal processes and filing are followed and done properly -Prepare client for trial, advise on courtroom procedure and expectations The Ideal Candidate: -Florida-based or highly familiar with Florida family law -Experience with education-related custody issues is a plus -Comfortable consulting with pro se clients -Clear communicator with a detail-oriented approach
