We are seeking a passionate Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee sales of vacant land. The ideal candidate will work with the owner to create and manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. We want someone with leadership skills in leading a small team that gets satisfaction by team achievement. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the developing sales strategies, building healthy customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. You should possess exceptional communication skills and an understanding of the real estate market. * We're building the sales funnel and your input would be welcome. * You'll be given time to learn and grow in the role. * We'll be paying by milestone arrangement that we both agree on. * You'll be working with both cash and owner-financed sales. * Over time, you'll be given more decision-making authority.
