Trial Project Details: - PRIMARY GOAL: 10 CONFIRMED BOOKINGS within 30 days - SECONDARY GOAL: 25+ qualified leads in our pipeline - Management Fee: $500 (one-time payment for trial period) - Ad Spend: $1,500 managed through Google Ads (separate from your compensation) Success Metrics: - Confirmed bookings: Prospects who schedule and pay deposit for the assessment - Qualified leads: Completed inquiry forms with phone/email from individuals matching our target demographic - Cost per conversion: Target under $150 per booked assessment Required Experience: - Proven track record driving conversions for services in the $300-500 range - Experience with local service marketing and appointment booking campaigns - Skilled at creating compelling ads that accurately communicate service value - Experience optimizing landing pages for conversion (we can provide access to adjust as needed) Upon meeting or exceeding our booking targets during the trial period, we'll discuss a long-term performance-based arrangement.
