I have a NEGLIGENT LAWYER, NEED HELP to compile a “Trial Notebook” within the next 2-3 weeks
Looking for someone to help me organize evidence & other pertinent information for a custody trial which is set for May 19, 2025. Specifically: Looking to create “Trial Notebook” or “Evidence Log”, to give it a name…. for presentation to the court/judge and to opposing counsel at trial. I am picturing a timeline-style format/book focusing on proving toxic patterns and behaviors which were detrimental to my child’s emotional & psychological well-being over the last 5 years; and which WILL BE toxic for the rest of her(our) life, should the cycle she’s been trapped in not (finally & forever) be broken. I can/will provide: text threads, emails, calendars/schedules, many many pictures, audio/video recordings, school/doctor/dentist/orthodontic/therapist records & documents, and any pertinent information/documentation which may help define the hell my daughter & I have been forced to survive in for the last 5+ years I just want this shit to be over with so we can try to rebuild our lives… and my lawyer has proven time & time again he is not willing to do any prep or be proactive in any way, to help put an end to this chaos.
