Seeking Landscape Designer for High-End Residential Projects in Arizona
Lewis and Smith Engineering, a Tucson-based civil engineering firm, is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer to provide drafting support for high-end residential projects in Arizona. Requirements: Experience designing desert Southwest landscapes, with strong knowledge of native and drought-tolerant plants. Background in irrigation system design, outdoor lighting plans, and hardscape layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, or similar drafting software. Understanding of local permitting requirements and HOA guidelines. Work Scope: Create landscape, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape plans for residential projects. Provide detailed drawings for permit approvals and contractor execution. Work collaboratively with our team remotely; occasional site visits may be beneficial. Engagement: Contract-based, as-needed work with clear deliverables and deadlines. Flexible hours with responsive communication via email, phone, or video calls.
