Wyoming Attorney Needed for Corp Filling and Advisement
I am in the process of a reincorporation of my company to avoid dilution. I am needing a Wyoming attorney that has experience with SaaS based companies that can help with the following: - Quickly reviewing the current SHA - Quickly reviewing the current PPM - Quickly reviewing the current SSA - Setting up new ByLaws - Revising Current SHA to be applicable to WY Law Assisting in rapidly setting up the Wyoming entities with the proper legal structure and shares and creating new ByLaws. Obviously there are tools such as ChatGPT and other AI models that give us a baseline but we want to ensure what we will have moving forward is enforceable and also applicable to Wyoming law. I need an attorney who can assist in executing these tasks quickly! We also will want this attorney to be the official attorney moving forward! I am currently under escrow and needing to do this quickly as I am set to close this equity deal next week. This is an offer to keep long term. Current Company Structure: 1.
