I’m looking for a USA-based CPA to help file taxes for two U.S.-registered LLCs. I am a non-U.S. resident and the sole owner of both entities. Here are the details: Each LLC has fewer than 10 transactions for the year No employees, no payroll, no physical presence in the U.S. Need help filing federal and state taxes as required Need to file ASAP before the upcoming tax deadline Looking for someone who can also become my go-to accountant for ongoing tax needs and filings This should be a straightforward filing for someone experienced with non-resident LLC structures. Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in the U.S. Experience working with non-U.S. residents and single-member LLCs Familiarity with IRS forms such as 5472, 1120, etc. Able to start immediately and meet tight deadlines
