U.S. RESPA Attorney to review ABA Notice and issue opinion letter
My wife and I own a title company and we also used to own a real estate brokerage. We moved our business and agents to eXp Realty and eXp has some requirements with respect to agents who also own a title company. I am including the documents, including our proposed ABA. This is a straight forward job and issue but we need an attorney intimately familiar with RESPA to review our ABA and issue an opinion letter as per eXp requirements. Please see enclosed. I am looking for a flat fee bid. Please also provide turn around and anything else you may require. Thank you so much!
