Tax Preparer needed for Piece Work
I am looking for someone who will be able to help me increase the Tax Preparation section of my accounting firm. We've done a Beta Year this last season and with zero advertising and found success however I don't have the ability to do this long term, but I do see that there is value in adding this service. All software is provided, and computer access is provided for security. All Bookkeeping will be verified as complete prior to any Business Tax Preparation and information will be gathered into a file a provided. CRM access will be provided to send any additional questions that you may need to ask the client. Review will be completed prior to submitting anything to clients to review. There is not phone or email connection with the clients directly but only through the client portals. If everything is provided in a clean manner, then I would expect a turnaround of a corporate tax return in not less than 5 business days after assigning. This will be on piece work. I am open to discussing the pay but and looking to pay a flat rate amount as opposed to an hourly rate if possible. Ultimately, I would like to make this a long-term contract. It will be slow to start as we are coming out of the busy season, but we will start pushing for advertising to drive more if we have the manpower available.
