IVR/Voip Incontact/RingCentral Expert needed to configure many clients

We’re looking for an IVR/VoIP expert to help configure and optimize call flows for our voice AI healthcare scheduling solution, Zo. Our healthcare providers use systems like RingCentral and NICE inContact, but often encounter misrouting, call loops, or improper configurations that lead to a subpar caller experience. We'll need your help to: Review and troubleshoot existing IVR/VoIP configurations for providers Identify and fix call routing issues involving Zo (including call loops and incorrect transfers) Configure screen pops for calls that are transferred to the call center representatives Collaborate with our clients and engineering team to ensure seamless integration between Zo and the IVR/VoIP platform Provide best-practice guidance for scalable, reliable call flows
