Website Administrator & E-commerce Migration Expert
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Website Administrator with extensive experience in e-commerce migration, automation, and WordPress. This role will focus on migrating our current e-commerce market basket and setting up automation for our new systems that have yet to be determined. We need this done in 25 days. Very time sensitive. Responsibilities: • E-commerce Migration: Migrate market basket data, customer information, and transactions from 1AutomationWiz to our new setup, ensuring a smooth transition for payments and cart functionality. • Automation Setup: Implement and optimize email automation workflows (via ActiveCampaign or similar) for student registration confirmations, course updates, Zoom link distribution, and payment plan reminders. • Integration: Set up and manage integration between WordPress, LearnDash, Stripe, PayPal, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho) for seamless student registration, payments, and communication. • Testing & Optimization: Ensure all e-commerce and automation processes work as intended, performing thorough testing and optimization to eliminate errors and improve the user experience. Qualifications: • Proven experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar. • Expertise in migrating e-commerce shopping carts and customer data. • Strong knowledge of Zapier and email automation (ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, etc.). • Experience with Authorize.net, Stripe, PayPal, and setting up payment plans. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho) and their integration with other platforms. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
