We are actively seeking a qualified professional or team to complete the design and preparation of CAD drawings for a 4-plex and 6-plex townhome building by Wednesday, April 9th. This tight timeline is critical to meet our deadline for acquiring a parcel of land where we plan to build these townhomes. Due to the urgency, we are looking for a partner who is capable of quickly and efficiently turning around these designs while maintaining a high standard of quality. All necessary CAD drawings and color schemes are already prepared and packaged together to ensure a smooth and streamlined process for getting started immediately. We hope to find someone who can deliver this service within the specified timeline and help us move forward with this exciting project. This job completed would result in other projects that we have coming soon as well with a longer timeline.
