Legal Assistance for drafting a SAFE Agreement for a DE C-Corp startup
We are seeking an experienced attorney to assist in drafting a SAFE agreement for our DE C-Corp startup, which consists of three cofounders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startup law and experience with partnership agreements. You should have expertise in pre-money and post-money SAFE agreements. The right candidate will be able to come up with some creative solutions to a three cofounder situation with different contributions to the company. We may need to draw up more than one SAFE agreement to account for past investments and an additional one for future investments.
